April 2003 The University of Southern Calif, Los Angeles, Calif, is being awarded a $12,486,217 contract to provide the MONARCH Cognitive Heterogeneous Information Processor. The objective of this effort is to develop and demonstrate polymorphous computing architecture (PCA) technologies.
